Respect

Respect is to be earned, it cannot be demanded forcibly from someone. I do respect women. But being a woman doesn't mean that they deserve respect. Respect will be given to those who deserve it. It is based on their deeds and acts they earn the respect. There are certain things over which we don't have any control, like gender, ethnicity, background they are born etc. Respect doesn't depend on all those things rather the things under their control like their words and actions surely influence the respect they earn. 

Nothing's Perfect

We can't be perfect all the time. There will be times when something is imperfect. It's better to have realistic expectations than demanding for perfection. After all we are all human.
